1 / 2 cup sugar (125ml)
1 / 4 cup brown sugar (60ml)
1 / 4 cup flour (60ml)
1 / 4 c.à.thé ground cinnamon (1ml)
6 cups apples, peeled and sliced (about 6 medium apples) 1
c.à.soupe butter (15ml) 1
c.à.thé sugar
- Preheat oven to 400F. (200C.)
- In a bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon apples and mix well.
- Cut the dough (I have mine) into two pieces, a first piece extending in a circle of 12 inches (30cm) and place in a greased slow to 9 inches (23cm).
