What Does The Number On Dog Tags Mean

Halloween Cupcake apple tatin

I saw this recipe in the mess Maki, I had indeed promised to do this then here soon done. Such a small dessert not too sweet and is doing nothing in a perfect time for the days we did not feel like bothering:)
thank you Maki!

For 6 servings

3 large apples, peeled, cored and diced (I 6 small)
1 / 4 cup butter
1 / 3 cup sugar

Cake:

2
egg 1 / 4 cup sugar
1 / 2 cup milk
1 / 2 cup flour 1 ½ c.
teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

Melt butter over medium-high heat in large skillet.
Add sugar, stirring with a wooden spoon for a few minutes to obtain a light caramel.

Place apples in skillet tightly and pour lemon juice
Cook for 10-15 minutes until apples are caramelized, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, place the diced apples into 6 large muffin tins and set aside.

Blanch eggs with sugar, add milk, mix. Add flour and baking powder sifted together, mix well. The dough is still quite fluid.
Cover potatoes evenly with the batter.

Bake at 325 degrees about 20 minutes. Check the cooking of the dough with a toothpick which should come out clean and dry.
Let cool 10 minutes, move the blade of a knife around each cake and unmold. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
