Now for the recipe!

aphrodisiac Chicken with exotic flavors (ginger, pineapple, coconut milk)
for 2

2 small tomatoes
3 slices of fresh pineapple or canned chopped
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon curry
150ml coconut milk
150ml thick cream or liquid
2 small chicken breasts cut into cubes about 1 cm square.
a handful of chopped fresh coriander
accompaniment: 150g basmati rice
oil, salt and pepper

Cook the rice for the time indicated on the package.
Salt and pepper the chicken pieces and sauté in a pan with a little oil until they are cooked and golden. Book.
Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove seeds. Cut into small cubes.
Mix the diced tomatoes with grated fresh ginger.
In a skillet heat a tablespoon oil Olive. Do come back to the tomatoes and ginger for 2 minutes, stirring well. Add the curry and pineapple chunks. Mix.
Add coconut milk and cook 5 minutes over medium-low heat so the milk reduces a little. Add the cream and cook 5 minutes more until sauce is thickened if you opt for the cream a little less if you use heavy cream.
Add the diced chicken, mix and chopped coriander. Mix well. Cook 2 min more.
Serve with rice.
